The sunny village of Tiers is located in a windless valley amidst an unspoiled landscape and in the heart of the Dolomites between Rosengarten and Schlern in the nature park with its extraordinary fauna and flora.

We don’t know any industrial noise, passing traffic or holiday hype. The landscape is so unique, that a large part of it is part of the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. Here you can admire Chamois and Golden Eagles, Edelweiss and the Madeira orchid.

Since 2022, in addition to the daily bus connections (see this link), a new 3.8 km long aerial tramway with 60 seats connects the Tiersertal with the Rosengarten. From St. Zyprian you can reach the Frommer Alm ski area Carezza Dolomites and the Rosengarten hiking area in just 7 minutes. The difference in altitude is 644 meters. From the Frommer Alm, the König Laurin cable car takes you to the underground mountain station at the Kölner Hütte in the realm of King Laurin.
The Citybus takes you directly from our hotel to the valley station every 30 minutes.
The opening of the Tschein chairlift in summer also opens up the possibility of tours not only at the foot of the Catinaccio/Rosengarten, but also in the Latemar area and on Lake Carezza/Karersee.
